If you are not completely satisfied with your results, you can return your order within 90 days of the original purchase date for a full refund of the product purchase price (minus shipping and handling).
How to Request a Refund
To make the return process as smooth as possible, please follow these steps:

Pack and Ship: Securely pack the product (including any empty, partially used, or unused bottles) and write your order number clearly on the outside of the package.
Tracking: We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Refund Processing
Inspection & Approval:
Once your return is received and inspected by our warehouse team, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
Credit: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5 to 7 business days (processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card issuer).
Scope of Refund: The 90-day guarantee applies to a maximum of a 90-day supply of Gluco Balance per customer. Shipping charges from the original purchase are non-refundable.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrived damaged, broken, or defective, please contact us immediately at info@herbauralabs.com with a photo of the damaged product. We will gladly arrange for a complimentary replacement package to be sent out to you right away.
